Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret in buffalo sauce, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
