  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then add the broken lasagna noodles.
  5. Cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
