Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and spices to the mixture.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread a mixture of butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
