Vegan Crunchwrap Supreme

A delicious and satisfying twist on the classic Crunchwrap, now completely vegan!

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup vegan taco meat
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

Instructions

  1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread the refried beans evenly on the large tortilla.
  3. Layer the vegan taco meat, diced tomatoes, lettuce, vegan cheese, and avocado on top.
  4. Add salsa to the center of the toppings.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a wrap.
  6. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the vegan taco meat.
