A delicious vegan version of the classic Cobb salad with plant-based turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup vegan turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup vegan chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onion, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  2. Drizzle with your favorite dressing and toss gently to combine.
  3. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top before serving.
