  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, and red curry paste. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the coconut milk and sliced mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms begin to soften.
