- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, diced strawberries, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the two mixtures and spread on a rolled-out dough.
- Roll up tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before drizzling with heavy cream.
Notes
