Sweet Potato & Cranberry Gratin

A delightful combination of sweet potatoes and cranberries baked to perfection, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, cranberries, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Layer the mixture in a greased baking dish.
