  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until all are incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating.
