Strawberry Matcha Latte Rolls

  • 1 cup strawberries, puréed
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugar, egg, melted butter, milk, and strawberry purée.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spread batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle matcha powder evenly over the top.
  7. Roll the batter tightly and place in the oven.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
