- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped spinach, crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
