- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped spinach, turkey bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup.
