Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake

A creamy and delicious Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake that’s easy to make and perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, and cooked chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
