- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup diced sushi grade tuna
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then combine with water in a pot and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Combine the crab meat, tuna, and green onions in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Spread the crab and tuna mixture over the rice.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
