Spicy Tuna and Creamy Crab Sushi Bake

A delicious fusion of spicy tuna and creamy crab with a sushi-inspired twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup diced sushi grade tuna
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then combine with water in a pot and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Combine the crab meat, tuna, and green onions in a separate bowl and mix well.
  6. Spread the crab and tuna mixture over the rice.
  7. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with nori strips before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more sriracha to taste.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
