Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with soy sauce and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the sushi rice, followed by the salmon mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Top with avocado slices and green onions before serving.
