Spicy Jalapeño Popper Chicken Soup

A creamy and spicy soup that captures the essence of jalapeño poppers with a comforting twist of chicken and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and cream cheese over medium heat, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and allow the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with additional jalapeños or cheese if desired.
