Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
