- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until thickened.
- Add shrimp, lobster, Old Bay seasoning, peas, carrots, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions, adding milk. Drop spoonfuls over the seafood mixture.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
