- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs and coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and arrange the cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
