  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then crumble it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, chicken ham, crumbled turkey bacon, and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or bell peppers to the mixture.
