  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Gradually add in the flour, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, ensuring it coats the entire bottom.
  6. Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or chives if desired.
