Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the browned sausage and hashbrowns to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
