Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

A delicious and hearty casserole combining sausage, eggs, and cream cheese with crispy hashbrowns, perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
