Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups

  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fully beaten.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheese to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
