  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, heavy cream, and milk. Heat until warm.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  4. Gradually whisk the warm honey mixture into the egg mixture.
