- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
