- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups raspberries, fresh
- 1 cup raspberry pie filling
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle raspberry pie filling over the top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense raspberry flavor, use fresh raspberries in the filling.
