Raspberry Pretzel Delight

A delightful blend of sweet and salty flavors combining a pretzel crust with creamy filling and fresh raspberries.

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups raspberries, fresh
  • 1 cup raspberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle raspberry pie filling over the top.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense raspberry flavor, use fresh raspberries in the filling.
  • Make sure to let the crust cool completely before adding the cream cheese layer.
