  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix in granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then layer with cream cheese mixture and fresh raspberries.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
