- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per the packet directions, and simmer.
