- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of ground ginger.
- These bars are best enjoyed warm, but can be stored for later.
