- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

- Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
