- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, pumpkin puree, sugars, spices, salt, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese over it, then sprinkle with more pumpkin spice and sugar.
- Roll tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
