  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, pumpkin puree, sugars, spices, salt, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese over it, then sprinkle with more pumpkin spice and sugar.
  5. Roll tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
