Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugars and oil until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the pumpkin puree.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before frosting or serving.
