Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package potsticker wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetables (your choice)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Fill each potsticker wrapper with about a tablespoon of the filling and seal tightly.
  3. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
  4. Add the potstickers to the boiling broth and reduce to a simmer.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until potstickers float to the top.
  6. Add the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting potsticker soup!
