  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the condensed milk and crushed pineapple until combined.
  5. Pour the pineapple mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle white and dark chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of rum extract.
  • These bars can also be made with macadamia nuts instead of walnuts for a different twist.
