- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chopped walnuts.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the condensed milk and crushed pineapple until combined.
- Pour the pineapple mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle white and dark chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
