This Patates Salatası recipe combines the creaminess of potatoes with the crispiness of turkey bacon and the freshness of herbs.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. While the potatoes are cooling, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled, diced potatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped parsley, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
