Pancake Sausage Casserole

A delicious and easy pancake sausage casserole that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour half the pancake batter into it.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon on top of the batter.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over the bacon and smooth it out.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with additional maple syrup if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter casserole, add chocolate chips or berries to the batter.
