12 pancakes, cooked and cut into pieces
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
In a greased baking dish, layer the pancake pieces and cooked sausage.
