  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside; add broccoli and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until tender.
  5. Push vegetables to one side and add salmon fillets to the skillet.
  6. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  7. Serve with bacon crumbled on top.
