  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add fresh orange juice and orange zest. Mix until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with additional orange zest before serving.
