- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
