- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
