Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and hearty Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 slices bread
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the bread slices in the dish.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and spread over the bread.
  5. Add the chicken ham on top of the turkey bacon.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and meat layers.
  8. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
