  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth and bring to a simmer until thickened.

  7. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rounds to fit your baking dishes.
