  • 12 mini mushrooms
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mini mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, and chopped chives.
  4. Stuff each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a strip of turkey bacon.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
