Mini German Pancakes Recipe

  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Place a baking dish in the oven and add butter to coat the bottom.
  4. Pour the batter into the hot baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  6. Remove pancakes from the oven, cut into pieces, and serve with turkey bacon.
