  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add corn kernels, chicken broth, chili powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve hot, topped with crispy bacon and cilantro.
