  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, eggs, chopped turkey bacon, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  5. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms and bring to a simmer.
  6. Pour the mushroom gravy over the meatloaf before placing it in the oven.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
