- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, then shape into a loaf shape and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling peeled and chopped potatoes until tender. Drain, mash, and mix with butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve slices of meatloaf with a generous side of mashed potatoes.
