  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, chopped nuts, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Stuff each date with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
