Mary Berry Tuna Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 grams pasta
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 400 grams chopped tomatoes
  • 100 grams frozen peas
  • 150 grams grated cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, tuna, peas, and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and half of the cheese.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
